An excellent choice to celebrate our anniversary

We chose Roadhouse Narrowboat as it is a small company with an excellent reputation, what an excellent choice, everything from initial personal handover briefings to the final day onboard was superb.

The boat Gilwern Countess was just right for the two of us, easy to handle and extremely well appointed. We loved our time on the water, a real feeling of being at one with nature and the Welsh people are so friendly.

We chose this holiday as something we’ve never done before to celebrate our Ruby anniversary, so glad we did and Sally the owner even provided a bottle of bubbly and a card on board, what a lovely gesture.
